  1. Refund & Returns Policy 
    At Juwelier Asad, every piece is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following policy.
    Final Sale
    All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
    Custom & Personalized Orders
    Any item that has been resized, engraved, customized, modified, specially ordered, or produced to a customer’s requested specifications is considered a custom-made item and is non-refundable and non-returnable.
    Ring Resizing
    If a ring is resized before delivery or after purchase at the customer’s request, it immediately becomes a custom item and is no longer eligible for return or refund. 
    Deposits
    Deposits made for custom or made-to-order jewellery are non-refundable. Production begins only after the order has been confirmed. 
    Order Cancellations
    Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started or materials have been specially sourced for the order.
    Natural Characteristics
    Natural diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals may display slight variations in colour, inclusions, grain, or finish. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
    Inspection Upon Delivery
    Customers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if they believe the item has a manufacturing defect.
    Manufacturing Defects
    If an item is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect, we will inspect the piece and, where required by applicable law, provide an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund.
    Return Shipping
    Where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for securely packaging and insuring the item until it is received by us, unless applicable law provides otherwise. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Refund & Returns Policy.

     

    Trade-In Program (Ready-Made Rings Only)

    While ready-made rings are not eligible for refunds, we proudly offer a Trade-In Program for qualifying pieces.
    Ready-made rings purchased from Juwelier Asad, including resized or engraved rings, may be eligible for trade-in if they are returned in exceptional condition, as determined by our inspection. If approved, you will receive 85% of the original purchase price as store credit, which can be applied toward the purchase of a new ring from Juwelier Asad. Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be redeemed as a cash refund. 
    The Trade-In Program applies only to ready-made rings sold by Juwelier Asad. It does not apply to fully custom-made, bespoke, or specially commissioned jewellery, which remains final sale and is not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or trade-ins.
    Juwelier Asad reserves the right to decline a trade-in if a ring shows excessive wear, damage, alterations performed by third parties, missing components, or any condition that materially affects its value or re-saleability.
